We are deeply aware of how much our Plants are essential to our wellbeing. This is why we are committed to training further and giving Forest Bathing as a service - we love being in the forest and grateful every day for their immense beauty and diversity.

Plants take care of our planet, us and all that live on her.

Mother Nature teaches us the basic requirements for living and her plants give us all we need - clean air, food, clothing, building materials, medicines, fragrances and even dew/rain drop diamonds that glisten in the sun and so much more!

The way PLANT eco systems work together are a clear and intricate example of how we could also work as a whole ... from the tiniest algae to the tallest giant tree.

Trees talk and share resources right under our feet, using a fungal network nicknamed the 'Wood Wide Web'.  Some plants use this system to support their offspring, while others hijack it to sabotage their rivals (ring a bell??).

And we think we are so very different, better and advanced! It is time for us to get back to our 'Mother Nature Normal' - not 'human industrial normal' and forge a new path forwards that encompasses the WHOLE living organism that our world is reliant on for humanities' existence.

Mushie Magic

Fungi (singular: fungus) are a kingdom of usually multicellular eukaryotic organisms that are heterotrophs (cannot make their own food) and have important roles in nutrient cycling in an ecosystem. Fungi reproduce both sexually and asexually, and they also have symbiotic associations with plants and bacteria. However, they are also responsible for some diseases in plants and animals. The study of fungi is known as mycology.

Fungi are made up of tiny threads called mycelium. These travel underground, connecting the roots of different plants in an area, even different species, together, allowing them to communicate and so much more. Some researchers say the trees of the forest and the mushrooms we find growing next to them are so interconnected, that it is hard for them to see trees as individual entities and it is known more these days as the 'Wood Wide Web'.
